This website provides information about the music production services offered by We Replay It. Content on the site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or legal advice.

Services are performed under a separate project agreement. That agreement will identify the services, final deliverables, payment terms, revision terms, timelines, and applicable ownership or licensing terms for the newly created production.

Where anything on this website conflicts with a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls.

You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to submit and use all source material provided to We Replay It, including AI-generated audio, lyrics, melodies, samples, and recordings.

You agree not to submit material that infringes the rights of others or violates the terms of any platform used to create it.

Our core service is designed to replace AI-generated musical production with newly performed, programmed, recorded, arranged, mixed, and mastered elements. The recreated production is a new production and will differ in some respects from the original reference.

Ownership and copyright eligibility can depend on the source material, the client's contributions, the recreation process, applicable laws, and the terms of the AI platform originally used. Rights applicable to each project are defined in the project agreement. We Replay It does not guarantee any specific copyright registration outcome.

Fees, payment schedules, and the number of included revisions are set out in the project agreement. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may require a revised quote.

To the extent permitted by law, We Replay It is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services performed, except as expressly stated in a project agreement.
